The Villages of Hutchings Farm is a subdivision that consists of 406 single family homes located between Highway K and Knaust Rd.  

It is conveniently located near major shopping centers off of Highway K and offers easy access to major freeways including Hwy 70, Hwy 40 and Rte 364. The subdivision's public schools are Emge Elementary, South Middle and South High of Ft Zumwalt School District and conveniently located at the entrance to the subdivision is Kids & Company, childcare services.  

The community has many amenities including beautiful, well-maintained landscaping, unique one-way streets with ample sidewalks, a pond, a large zero-entry inground pool, as well as a gated, combined tennis-basketball-pickleball court.  The City of O'Fallon's Knaust Park is situated next to the subdivision, is within easy walking distance and boasts a 1/4-mile paved walking path, playground, roller hockey court, and basketball court.
